Dude. I'm the biggest supporter of the team and GM you can find. And even I can't find a silver lining here.

There is no big F/A signing happening. There's nobody left to sign...except Dwight who even if we get him will be gone next year.

We are now tanking. That means at least 3-4 years of hell before (if we're lucky) we get to the playoffs.

 

At the beginning of the offseason, if you were to ask me if the Rockets should pay big for Lin or Dragic, I'd say Dragic. But the more I think about it, I think Lin may prove to be a more "upside" type of move than Dragic. He's younger and his talent hasn't really been harnessed. Honestly believe that should the Rockets sign him, they can improve his game to another level.

And if the Knicks matches Lin, we'd just have Lowry to start next season.

I feel like anyone could be gone at any moment. I think we might be the least likeable franchise in basketball right now. We could have gotten off this treadmill 2 years ago and been on the way up but now after three years of mediocre teams with some excitement we are finally either throwing in the towel or just holding onto the glimmer of hope that Lin signs and Orlando trades Dwight to us.

 

Is this a sign that Morey really has no plans to trade Kyle. All reports said that he has asked for the moon for Lowry.
