How about we allow him to duplicate that effort one FULL season before rating him? A ton of players have a good 1 or 2 month stretch. It's about consistency year in year out. See Tyreke Evans/John Wall...
CP3, Rose, Rondo, Parker, Nash, DWill, Kyrie, Westbrook, and Rubio are all better than Dragic will ever be. I probably forgot a few players too.
1% of 17 million is $170,000. With a name like that, I don't think your 1/100 of 1% as good. Therefore, I settle with you for 1700 farmville dollars. Or 10,000 Iraqi Dinar. Your choice MM.
About as good as Darren Collinson( his rookie year) Hard to judge a player on 2 months worth of significant playing time in the NBA, also he started slowing down towards the end of the season. Teams starting exploting his weaknesses I think Dragic deep down knows this, which is why he is looking to CASH IN( because i think he knows he might not be able to do it again) Lowry put up better numbers healthy and it means more... because it wasnt in a CONTRACT YEAR
You're asking the wrong question. We know he's good. The question is how good will he eventually become? What's his ceiling? Right now, I think he and Lowry are about a coin flip. They are both pretty darn good...with Lowry being a better rebounder and Dragic better and driving and dishing. BUT....my opinion is that Lowry is as good as he is gonna get. Dragic in my opinion is going to get better.....maybe a LOT better.
Turnovers or not Lin's turnovers stem from passing too much and from handling the ball 90% of the time in NYK's PG orientated offense.
Lowry was playing better than Rondo, Deron Williams, and CP3 at one point this past season.. when he was healthy you cant deny that
So basically, you're saying Lowry playing out of his mind is better than Rondo, Deron & CP playing average. If so, I guess I agree.
I think the question was Lowry has already PEAKED as a player( their, and that Gogi has a higher ceiling). And i answered by saying Lowry's peak is arguably a Top 3 PG in the NBA.
yea no. he is definitely a top-tier point guard, and when i say top-tier i mean, superstar status. if you watched his game, instead of being butthurt about his play against the Rockets, then you would understand.
no. just no. if i may ask, when was this "one point"? cuz i don't remember it all, if he was really playing that well, there would have been a lot of hoopla just like there was with Lin. and Lin wasnt even playing that great, he was playing what DWill or CP3 would go do night in and night out.
Bingo! 7-8m is where I would put him. He's a guy who I think will outperform his contract. He hawks the ball, big, tough, and athletic. He finishes very well at the rim.
