I don't get this. There statistics are pretty much identical. One is 4 years younger and has played 64 NBA games and the other has played 271. And yet the younger guy with less experience will not improve? SMH

Huh? He has only had surgery once in his enitre life and that was after the stupid ex knicks coach rode him like the secretariat (his words). He went from 0 minutes to 35+ minutes overnight. No surprised that he was eventually injured.

New York will match this offer..Morey have to up their to something like 4year 32 Mil.

I hope Morey can get it done. I am half Taiwanese and it would be cool to see a Taiwanese player in Rockets uniform.

That's why it will be hard for them to match. Chandler and Melo more important than Lin, Amare may be literally unmovable with declining production, health issues (and no insurance available), and that contract.

Or do a deal like the one they did to the Bulls & Asik.

Make it "painful" for the Knicks to match it, just like Chicago...

Actually your offer would be more likely to be matched than the reported. the goal is to hit nyk hard in the pocketbook in 2014 because they will owe a ridiculous amount of money to just melo, stat, chandler, and Lin (like over 120mil)

If the Rockets are truly serious about getting Lin I'll betcha they pull the same kind of contract trick on NY that they did on Chicago.

I also bet the NBA looks to close up this loophole Houston is exploiting sometime in the future...

Look overall i think Dragic is the better player of the two, but Lin will do just fine if Dragic does leave.
