And no, preempting whatever shoddy argument you are trying to construct to get out of the fact that you straight out did not think anything you posted through and through, reparations in the legal philosophy are not exclusively tied to monetary compensation, even if that is a common FORM of reparation (getting systematic preferential treatment at a job being another form).

My theory is that ideas, like quite a few things, can be seen in the context of a market. I don't think JD is doing himself, or anyone who thinks like he does, any favors by exposing his ideas in the irrational and incoherent way that he has. That's also pre-supposing his ideas have any merit...which they quite honestly, don't. You can clearly see that. Exposing yourself to these arguments merely reinforces how irrational they are. It's why I'm such an ardent believer in the freedom of speech. Let those with bad ideas be evaluated fairly, I have enough faith (just barely) in a general soundness of mind that will rapidly repudiate such flawed concepts as the ones JD is espousing.
Big distinction here. Native Americans, blacks and some Mexican Americans (Mexican American War) have had a history of oppression and outright culture destruction. One of the more sadder places to be in the US are reservations (not the casino variety). It's an ongoing problem that can't be solved with a silver bullet.
