WRONG! Most of the selections we made were for us (Brooks, PPat, Morris, Parsons). The only exception was Batun for Joey Dorsey + Donte Green..which BTW was noted as a Draft/Trade.
When he traded for Kevin Martin. Yeah TMac was broken down, but Kevin Martin is exactly the type of guy who looks great in the stat sheets, but not necessarily great if you watch basketball. Hearing Morey was a stats guy wasn't surprising when this move was made. Had Morey taken over a few years earlier, I wouldn't have been surprised if Ricky Davis had become a Rocket. He's another bad player that was on a bad team, but his numbers weren't too bad. A stats guy would have seen the talent. Ricky Davis even had a triple double once (it got taken away though - shooting at your own basket to get a rebound is frowned upon and a violation)
The problem with Morey is he doesn't want to accept defeat. He thinks he can outsmart anyone. He doesn't want to take a loss. He should have admitted having KM on the team was not working anymore. I would have amnestied Martin to clear cap space for both Dragic and Lee. Those two guys proved they could play at elite level, though only for a short portion of last season. But if you want to reward good play, let Martin go. Why does everything have to be an economic proposition? Look at Cuban; he let Odom go. We should have done the same with Martin. Now you mean McHale would be fielding a starting line-up of Lowry and Martin again???!!!
McHale is winning with players that were coached up by Adelman( sans Parsons), let see him turn the current T-Wolves around like Adelman did

He is probably fairly busy, but he should follow through for your daughter - that is the right thing to do. And here is to hoping she recovers fully and you have a long and healthy life with your family. DD

my opinion of him changed when i realized ( and it was said on espn months ago) that agents dont like his management style and his constant trading mentality. He seems to be the main reason guys arent considering houston. Nick Batum is asking to sign with the twolves, the TWOLVES a losing squad. if rockets werent stacked with noobies at that position he still wouldnt consider us.
