man, courtney lee's my favorite player, sad that we're letting him go. good luck in chicago courtney. hopefully, we already have a deal for eric gordon, letting courtney go for nothing.

Eh, Lee has limited upside, would much rather see Lamb get playing time.

Ok, now what's going on? Does this mean he couldn't find a taker for Kevin Martin, so it's gonna be a Martin/Lamb rotation at 2 guard??

As a starter it seemed like every SG was too tall for him on most nights.

Are you sure you want to use those words that way? Lol Yeah I'd like to see what his master plan is, definitely a strategic chess player. Geez, hopefully the end product is well worth it..

So damn frustrating. Losing dragic is a tough pill, but to lose Lee for nothing is very hard to understand. If I come to find out that we are giving N.O. Young talent to get Gordon on top of all this, I'm gonna be furious.

looks like a possible sign and trade scenario for Gordon with us giving up martin and some prospects...sad to see lee go though but at least we get to see more of jeremy lamb hopefully

Go back and listen to the podcast with Clutch and Bima. My transcribe probably doesn't do a good job of explaining it. Bima hinted at this yesterday.

Rockets made move on Lee with eye toward future cap planning w/ the Asik offer and Lin plan. Still have Bird rights, but he's unrestricted.

So does this mean we offer Dragic what he wants and play him as our starting SG??

    Lowry/Dragic/Parsons/Scola/Asik?

I understand that the rockets would eventually have to release his cap hold to make the official offer to Asik but what is the point of making him unrestricted right now? All this does is make it much more likely that Rockets lose Lee even if the Bulls match Asik's contract.

So we're probably going to lose Lee just so we can wait and see if Chicago does or does not match Asik's contract? Why didn't we just do the long rumored Lee-Asik trade?
