The worst racism I experienced was in Texas. My first day in Texas out in Victoria when I was 10 years old some kids ran me down and tried to tie me up. An adult was laughing saying, hey look at that little "n-----"

Fortunately there were someone else there that realized how f'd up that was and brooke it up.

Also we had people write all sorts of stuff on our lawn in shaving cream with really racist messages.

The reason also might be because it is not very easy or inexpensive to just pick up and move to another country. Not talking about blacks but anybody in general who feels the USA is not the best place for them or would like to just get out.
