Reek, you talking about Dragic vs Lowry is like me talking about Brooks vs Lowry. You are hardly biased here. DD
i don't see much difference btw lowry start and dragic start. i would put fault on dragic since he led this team to the best of non playoff team so we picked #14.
I'm sure it's been discussed, so sorry for repeating the topic; but what's the current situation between Lowry and the Rox? He's a good player on a good contract (aka "asset"). Do you guys think he'll be okay without Gogi around or does he still need to be traded?
McHale didn't quit on Lowry, he was coming back from injury and he DID have an affect on how the team was swangin 'n bangin through the end of the season! Chemistry is a MF! And Kyle, as good as he was as a starting PG was ruining the chemistry trying to direct a ship that was smooth sailing. McHale in his wisdom just realized this too late. We ALL wanted Lowry to play because he's just a good bball player, but it was to the detriment of the team. if anything, Lowry should have just played backup until the end of the season, and through the playoffs had that come to fruition.
Is it a team game? How did the team start last year in the first 10 games, who was the starter then? What do both of those comments have in common, they are both like anal cysts, full of crap. DD

Not including his altercation with the female ref during the previous off season, the way Lowry voiced his concerns legit as we all knew them to be, speaks more to him not being a good professional nor a leader you WANT in the locker room. Even if we can't get Dragic, I think we should move Lowry. As gifted as he is, that attitude that makes him very good on the court is starting show now off court. Nothing can ruin a team faster then a void in quality locker room leadership or respect among the top players for the current head coach (see Trailblazers once Roy got hurt or any of the other perennial lottery teams over the last few years, no leadership). Lowry has shown he doesn't respect the coach and one questions what he brings to the locker room given his actions within the last 12 months. Honest, I was all about keeping Lowry over Dragic but after his little 'Trade Me' blow up, I've taken a long look at his time here and his character and feel, I'd rather deal him, then have him potentially sour a class of rookies and sophmore players we just taken in with his bad habits.
agree. at this stage, rox may benefit on his leaving since rox future will not be built around him anyway.
I have no idea why the nets would do that. DWill, Joe Johnson and Howard would be at least the 2nd best team in the east.
