I'm glad he admitted it, I think there's a bit of a conundrum in that I believe gay rumors are fundamentally homophobic, but public figures' personal lives are completely fair game, as it's part of their "product."
This will never happen: particularly in deep flyover country, where gays, minorities, loose women and pagans are too misunderstood to not be marginalized.
It'll happen. It's in the process of happening now. Point taken, though. Certain segments of our population will have to die off before some kinds of bigotry finally become history, and not reality.
Wonder if he will change his demeanor. Friend of mine came out as gay.. as soon as he did, he started talking about dudes asses and was sort of over the top ,whereas before he had always been subdued. Also feels the need to tell everyone he's gay and always wants to talk about it. It remind me of jewish people that always want to talk about judaism and being jewish.
