Well, that's what Google translate says the title is... anyone who actually speaks the language care to tell us what is said?

I imagine it's something like this:

When a trade rumor arises in the NBA, the player is the last person who figures into the discussion. He doesn't have a say in the negotiations. They don't even call to say "you are being traded to [team x, for examble the Knicks]." You can't expect that. Everyone knows the rules [or "the Way It Is"], if there's a change, there's a change.

The most important trade chip for the Rockets is Scola. They also discussed a trade with the Lakers, who would be welcome. In turn, everything is very unpredictable and there is no way to handle it. I have a good relationship with the vice president of the Rockets, but I hear him say some things I do not understand.

"n short, for now no choice but to wait. There is no other news than that. Luis says nothing. He has a contract for three years and must comply. I do not think anyone knows the rules [or "Manner"] of the NBA like him. If he goes to the Lakers, he will be happy.

Basically, he is a class act and will be happy to be a part of a winning organization. Everything is up in the air and nobody knows what will happen, except that he's likely to get traded.

He says that Luis is the most important piece Houston has to make a move.

He also says that a change to LA (rumors) would be welcomed by him. Nothing else.

"Figurita" is kind of a baseball card. Basically an analogy that he is the best trade chip.

    Summary:

Villanueva, Scola's agent went on some show "Todo Red" and spoke about the possible trade rumors of Luis.

Villanueva goes on to explain how helpless they feel when it comes to trades because you as a player have no leverage and you are at the mercy of the team and were they want to send you. He says it's tough because the player is almost always the last to know what is going on.

The agent also points out that he understands that Luis is one of the biggest figures in Houston Rockets basketball right now so if they are going in a different direction he is likely to be dealt.

He then speaks of a recent trade scenerio that involved him going to the Lakers for Pau Gasol. He mentions that this would be a welcomed move for Luis if it came up but everything right now is too unpredictable. Also, he speaks of having a good relationship with the vice president of the Houston Rockets but says that sometimes he hears him say some things the he just can't understand.

For now, there is nothing they can do but wait. Luis has a three year contract with Houston which he will honor. However, mentions that if someone understands the business of the NBA it is Luis and if somehow the Lakers deal materializes he will be happy as well.
