Your post is opinion on best players then. Never met fans who wanted to rid the best players and in this case its both your examples, lawl. Yet here, before salaries come to mind, just about everyone wants Gogi who loves the coach. Weird according to you that can be happening???? So confused. Both the centers have talked good about him. (Im still confused) Parsons loves him. (Getting more confused) Its funny!!! The two you mentioned say they dont like the coach but yet both are so close to the way out, kinda sounds like something is going on here.......hmmmm
Ill try!! I caught your mail and read more of your thread sounding more fun. But I have a feeling I will be doing my exam at that time Can I join in and just have an auto draft for me?
Sure. I think you can set up your preferred order for players as well. Just make sure to sign up  If you can't get in, let me know in that other thread and I will figure it out.
Rick Adelman improved the T-Wolves Defense BIG TIME. I remmeber watching T-Wolves games on league pass. And up until Rubio got injured they were the best 4th quarter defensive team in the NBA. Adelman is a great coach(not suprised most of our players miss him)
OK, let's get this off the bat: Adelman is a very good coach. However, I don't think he's a good fit for Houston because he's already really old, around 60 years old? At his age, you don't want a rebuilding a team that has a lot of turnover and has a ton of youngsters with attitude issues/flaws, you need to give him seasoned vets or mature young players whom he can rely on and build a relationship for the future. He has that in Minny because they have building blocks in Love, Peko and Rubio, but he won't have that kind of foundation in Houston. What drove me nuts during his stay here was that he seemed to let things go. Botched plays after timeout? A-ok! Lax on D? A-ok! Jacking up shots without a care in the world? A-ok! These are the kind of stuff Mchale doesn't let his players get away with, and unlike say Adelman who has already peaked and on his way down, Mchale is a rookie coach and has much room to improve. If we hadn't fired him I don't think a lot would have changed. Adelman isn't a miracle worker, look at how bad the Wolves were last season. Sure they had injuries, but we had injuries too, and weren't the Wolves the team that "passed us by" and "would be battling OKC for WCF" according to the pundits here in CF? They've passed us by alright, passed us by to the lottery.
Oh, please. 10 United States Presidents were 60 years old, or older, when they took office, and at least half a dozen were that age by the time they left. What does age have to do with anything? It's how good you are, not how old you are, youngster.
Kevin Mchale is 54.. Also i think we need a young coach that can relate to our younger players like OKC, and some of the movements happening in the NBA. Miami and OKC( 2finals teams) Both have 2 very young coaches This old-school approach might rub players the wrong way
You need energy to devote to long nights and 12 hour working hours. Just ask JVG and his eyebags how much work is required to be an A-class coach. In Adelman's case I think he cheats off the work by using his experience, but that results in crap like blown plays off timeouts, favoritism and general lack of idea what to do among the players. Comparing it to Presidents is pretty much useless, Presidents have how many assistants? All they really do is take responsibility for their actions, their aides are the ones who does the groundwork and lays out all the pros and cons. Mchale is 6 years younger, and unlike Adelman who does most of the gruntwork himself, Mchale has little to no Xs and Os knowledge and probably relies on Chris Finch and co. to implement the Rox plays. In a way he's a lot like a President, he lays back and lets his minions do the work for him. And Mchale's assistants are young, ambitious and very capable, unlike say Adelman who has buddies and his son mooching off him (full grown ass man spoiled silly and still living on Daddy's name? Yep, very Adelman).
With all due respect, are you serious? I guess you are. I disagree with pretty much everything you just wrote.
I think all this speculation is point less. Morey wanted to go in one direction Adleman had another direction, one had to go somewhere else. I do believe that Adleman is a better coach than McHale, so too is JVG but having a coach and GM at odds is not good. Adleman is already committed to the Timberwolves so he is not coming back, move forward. We are better off discussing whether to keep McHale or look for a new coach.
Shut up, it's not like you are Rick Adelman! That's what I tell Barack when we're playing hoops and he starts yapping about the workload of being a president. roslolol
