    Don't get this for the Jazz at all. Seems like a terrible trade. Why would you trade for Marvin Williams, considering the amount of money he makes? Jazz fans better hope there is a pick or some kind of sweetener involved.

    The Hawks are looking good so far. I never ever thought they would get out of that Joe Johnson contract. Perhaps they'll make a run at Dwight next summer.

    don't worry. the Jazz did their research on this one

    back in 2005 when they grabbed deron only b/c the hawks were stupid and took marvin. yeah, not smart

    Yeah, but Marvin Williams isn't very good and sorta overpaid. Why would you want to commit any kind of future salary to the guy?

    If the Rockets pick is involved, that obviously changes things.

    Yeah I think with the moves the Hawks have made, they're making a run for Howard next year.

    It's his hometown, and his friend J Smith is there. Horford, Howard, and J Smooth...pretty good foundation to give the Heat a run for their money.

    Why? The hawks were stuck in mediocrity with those two. Unless we are getting a superstar to pair with them it is pointless.

    You beat me to it! But I think ATL is going to make a move for Howard this year.:grin: If I were the Rockets, I would try to get in on Horford and put him at his natural position with Omer. Say PP and Lowry for Horford

    The Hawks had a need at point guard more than Utah needs Marvin. And Hawks have a year less of money obligation

    Fairly even swap, imo
