Thanks for the tips folks. I actually do have neck problems from constantly popping and cracking my neck when i was younger. I had carpal tunnel in my left wrist about 8 years ago but a visit to a chineae chiropractor fixed that real quick. Will try to find his info and make another trip back since it seems the problem is recent poor blood circulation.
This...I had same issue a month back, got an Asian massage to relieve some of the pressure in the neck upper back.
Carpal tunnel, poor circulation, and Hypothyroidism are possibilities. Low calcium and Vitamin D can also cause numbness in your hands and feet.
I think that was rocketsjudoka My guess is the numb hands are backlash from the mind-numbingly bad threads that he starts for attention. Oh, and the laundry.
sadly true...i havent had a physical in years. problem with the numbness solved btw. my 3 year old son has been sleeping in our bed for the last few nights and I try not to move too much out of fear of hurting him. apparently this means that I wind up sleeping on my arm pretty much all throughout the night since thats the sleeping position I normally start out with. He went back to his crib last night and boom no numbness this morning.

Could be neuro disease and the start of something bigger and you people tell him it's probably just blood circulation issues, that's just irresponsible. hotballa, please go to a real doctor and get checked before it's too late.
