Slowly but surely, Thabeet is becoming Joe Smith.

This guy is top 5 worst players in the league. Easy. He has no idea how to play basketball. It's depressing.

When I first saw the guy I thought he might be able to become a Mutombo type player. But once teams get him on their team, they realize it's not going to happen. He must have a very low basketball IQ.

Yes not every high level pick is a successful one, but I'm pretty your success rate for rookies is gonna be pretty high if you're picking in the top 5 most of the time. FWIW, OKC hasn't done jack**** with picks not in the top 5, Greene was a bit of a bust, Cole Aldritch still hasn't done anything of note and I believe none of their 2nd round picks panned out. Only guys I remember doing anythign for them was Maynor and Sefalosha, and those guys were also rated pretty highly.

Thabeet wishes he was at Joe Smith level in terms of production.

Complete waste of time. Thabust will be lucky to last through the pre-season (if he makes it that far). The mentality of OKC's players is total dedication to basketball, which includes practicing hard and challenging each other. HaShame Thabust doesn't fit that mold. Once the other players sniff his lazy attitude, they won't accept him.

If anyone still harbors any doubt, they already have Ibaka and Collison to play 3rd string C behind Perkins and Aldrich. HaShame Thabust won't be taking any of their roster spots.
