^ this. This is Dwight's last ditch attempt to get to Brooklyn. Honestly, you think Dwight can't lower with the levels he stoops to with his drama, but then he proves you wrong. Orlando should just trade him to the Bobcats as a big middle finger to him and get rid of him for a bag of chips, a 6 pack of beer, and the bobcats mascot and call it a day.

Well, at least there's still hope.

(in before "so you're saying there's a chance" reference that I'm sick and tired of)

The Magic have even less reason to facilitate a trade to Howard's preferred destination. Incredibly, Howard is making LeBron look like he handled his free agency situation with wisdom and class.

Dwight (or his agent) have to the dumbest NBA minds on the planet. If had not opted in, he'd have been on the Rockets for half a season and then he'd be on the Nets this season. Now, he's fraked two ways from Sunday.

Well, just like many of you I am sick and tired of all this Dwight Howard talk. I have lost total respect for Howard with this whole fiasco. I mean he's even sunk so low as to try to sue Orlando?? This is kind of unheard of.

But, with all that said he's THE best center in the League hands down. Probably a top 5 player in the league assuming he's still healthy. This is the Rockets best opportunity to solve major problems. We can finally get a super star and a player to build around. People will finally show up to Rockets games and the city might actually start caring about the Rocket again. I really do believe that the Rockets have the best possibility of signing him of any other team. We need to go all in and get this done. I think once he comes here he will enjoy it. And I believe he will resign.
COME ON RED NATION THE ROCKETS NEED THIS TO HAPPEN!!

Really?? Why couldn't the new Magic GM have met with Dwight before the draft and figured out what they wanted to do. The Rockets had 3 picks to offer and Orlando could of taken whoever they wanted. Now I don't like the Rocket's chances as much

contingency plan. Whether Dwight doesn't come here or leaves in a year, if we have Asik, that ish's gravy. If he commits long term, maybe we can trade him.

The more I hear about Dwight, the less I want to see him a Rocket. So now he's going to sue the Magic because he can't figure out how his contract is supposed to work? He just doesn't sound like the kind of leader that one would want to build a team around and not the kind of high-character, classy guy that you want setting an example for the younger players, IMHO.

There's no denying his talent and ability, and I believe that if you have an opportunity to bring in the best center in the league you absolutely do it, but it does make me wonder what kind of BS he'll pull in H-town if he were to become a Rocket and how significant of an impact will it have on the team.

F k Howard. I want to see us trade off our older vets and develop our own superstars.

    BS.

They've already been engaging in trade talks. This is their way of scaring Brooklyn. It just leaked out that DH asked for a trade there specifically, so the Magic are just threatening to trade him elsewhere to get more.

To get more what? The Nets literally have nothing on their roster.

This. So much, this....and it disgusts me.

...b/c he will win. He will not be a Rocket, he will make it to his most desired destination one way or another, IMO. NBA going down the toilet if the stars keep aligning.

What could Brooklyn even offer the Magic? And why would the Magic give a **** about what Dwight wants after pulling this episode?

I'm not sure how much the Magic want to please DH, but even if they are willing to trade him elsewhere it helps them to make this statement. More offers just drive up DH's price.
