Call me crazy but pass on Gordon.

I'm interested to see who these other premier names are. ;)

If Danny Ferry is trading Joe Johnson, I wonder if he'll also trade Josh Smith.

Not a fair comparison, given that Gordon's going to be making $12+mil/yr while two rookies would be making ~3-4mil. IMO, it's only worth it if you're going to contend next year. Which means at the very least, Josh Smith and Gasol(or Bynum) along with Gordon. If Morey feels confident he can get those two with the rest of our players, then I'm okay. Otherwise, if the Rockets are just rebuilding, then rolling the dice with Lamb seems like a much more reasonable scenario.

Eric Gordon is 23....... He was one of the most efficient 2 guards in the league at 22. He is also a plus defender. Those saying "he won't get us over the hump" are just nonsensical. He would be a great building block for the future of the club.

Stop overvaluing our draft picks. If they were anywhere near the talent of Gordon they would have been drafted in the top 10.

Morey "can't get it done" when he can't trade 3 draft picks for a player, but as soon as those picks have names, no one wants to part with them. Well what the hell do you want? Honestly, 95% of you haven't even seen these players on the court yet.

Funny to me how short everyone's memory is. No one wants an injury riddled Gordon, but everyone is ready to jump on the Andrew Bynum band wagon......

A 6'3" injury prone shooting guard probably making max money. I don't feel good about this.

No God No! If the nets acquire Joe Johnson that immediately takes them out of the Dwight Howard chase. The wouldn't have the money to sign him outright so if we got him it's be between us and a Deron-less Dallas squad.

Then why in the world is New Orleans thinking about trading him?

True on draft signees - - I've been wanting to keep an eye on MKG and Ross, amongst others. Especially ours.

However there is a cap hold for the 1st rounders, I'm pretty sure.

BTW - - NOLA needs to flesh out a roster and Martin + 2 or 3 young'ns sounds like a good return.

BTW - - Bulls need to flesh out their roster, as well, and there are good matches for their wants and needs with Rox IMHO.

Doc's kid? Not paying the max?

BTW - - how much cred does the reporting site actually possess?

How about nope to Gordon? I am happy with the current roster we have right now. He's injury prone.

Just an FYI, of the 9 games Gordon was able to play in this year (I do understand everyone questioning his ability to stay healthy), the Hornets won 6 of them... all of them against teams with .500+ records.

    With the Hornets

Let me say that again... WITH THE HORNETS
