Keep Lee, and get rid of the deadweight that is Kevin Martin. Before someone comes in this thread to spout off how efficient Martin is offensively, I could care less. Martin is allergic to playing defense, and gives up as many points as he scores. He doesn't make teammates better, so in my eyes he's just another one dimensional scorer which is nothing special in the NBA.

He's not good enough offensively to make up for his flaws.

Like I said multiple times, we do not control trades - it takes two teams to consummate a deal. This is why there is no option 'c'. Sure, trading Martin would be swell (well, that's debatable, but that's a whole other issue), but we control matching offers Lee may receive, so that's an option we can (hopefully, though not thus far) have an informed and intelligent discussion over.

So, back to the original question - given the two options, which would you prefer and why?

Trade Martin for whatever kind of big prospect you can find. No point in having him anymore, his skillset isn't beneficial to a team who has no inside presence. Nor the passers to make him effective.
