Who is to say the Players we just drafted won't be our future stars?

    Take me off the lists, I don't expect any player to become a future star immediately. I stick with the wait and see approach. Though, they are good players.

    I think I've figured it all out...

    Ex-Celtics HOF as coach...drafting a slender sniper...bringing it a tall, skilled European...
    Morey is clearly recreating the late 90s Pacers teams. Jeremy Lamb will be our Reggie Miller, Donatas Motiejunas will be our Rik Smits. Patterson, Dragic, and "Rolls" Royce White will develop into very good players.

    We've got this, man. Give it a few more years.

    Jeremy Lin may not be a "star" but he made one hell of an entrance in the Leauge.

    I remember telling myself that Durant was going to be a bust. He made me eat my words and led his team to the Finals. Honestly, we don't know if he will be or not.

    1st of all, Royce white is not in the mold of LeBron James! The ONLY similarity is that they are big and they can pass.

    LeBron: can play multiple positions
    White: does not have a set position

    Totally different kind of versatility.

    Having said that, I think lamb has Brandon Roy potential. I guess if you consider that a "star" then he has that potential.

    White is incredibly unique. I think he has potential to be really really good. star? Idk

    If you read last year's draft thread, you will see that most off the people here were mad at drafting Chandler Parsons, especially when he was going to play in Europe during the lockout, and Chandler was pretty good.

    So why not giving them a chance to prove themselves, if they have minutes and cant play, then you can say the rockets made a mistake.
