I think a strong chance that at least 2 could be all-star quality.

White is the most intriguing of the three. Can he play center?

Quite honestly, what's wrong with being optimistic? You have a right to be negative, just as much as others have a right to be excited about the team.

If someone is happy about what we have on the rockets, why try to bring them down lol. Sad & miserable, no thanks.

I don't think they will be stars, but maybe second or third tier players like Iguodala, Gay, Curry, or Ellis.

Lin is a flash in the pan. He has a long way to go before he becomes a star.

For the love of god, he isn't in the mold, build, even silhouette of Lebron james

I definately think Jeremy Lamb can shoot it like old Ray Allen and play much better defense. Top 10 player? No Top 20 player? Maybe on a few seasons.

I think Royce White will be a great role player, better than Scola ever was.

Terrence Jones has the talent to be 2009 Lamar Odom on the Rockets bench. Right now.

Why are people comparing White's style with Lebron? I say he's more like a bigger Artest, Pierce combo.

Point is, guy can play. You don't drop 38 pts on the Lakers if you don't have skill. Nobody recognized it in practice. It was only until he got playing time that he shone.

I was very upset by not moving up in the draft and/or trading for big talent...it kind of through me in bad mood through most of draft..looking at the picks while not expecting a deal I believe we walked away with a great amount of talent...love white and what he could bring to the table, possible future star if develops his shooting touch and plays with passion...lamb is another player that could become very talented possible all star player...I would like to see him attack more instead of settle for jumpers (he is very effective when attacking)...I really love his wing span also, could really become help him become good defender..the jones pick up was upsetting at first cause I thought 6'9 pf quota was filled. Really thinking about it though jones has incredible defense ability and if he learned to play with drive every game, I could seriously see him being one of the top defenders in the game...I like the picks alot more when I erase the hope I had of moving up in the draft...I think these guys have the abilities and great to good potential depending on how determined they are..we shall see

Its because White is built like a linebacker (like Lebron), plays forward, can handle the rock and is a great and willing passer with vision. Lebron does all the same things (and much more) just at a completely different level. When people use that comparison I don't take it literally but White has a lot of versatility to offer that will show up in several columns of the stat sheet.

To the original topic I think there's a chance Lamb can be a star. I watched him quite a bit in college and he looked really special as a freshman. He is so silky smooth I really like his game.

Turnovers are gonna matter a hell of a lot more in the NBA. He will get benched quick if he is averaging 5 TO per 36 min.
