    I think he wants to go to San Antone. I think he'd be a better fit in Golden State or even here in Houston.

    Anyone know about the medical condition they pinned on Batum when he was drafted, so he'd drop to the spurs? What was it and who leaked it?

    I believe the condition is called Ratailitis sometimes referred to the Rick James syndrome. I think he got it cured before he came over but it's a condition that can reoccur.

    The Rox should make Batum an offer on the first day of free agency so the Blazers would be quickly forced to match. It would weaken a free agent rival...

    I'd do that trade 100 times out of 100 times. We got Ron Artest and a 2nd round appearance out of it. Yes, my Rockets highlight of the decade was making it to the 2nd round.

    Donte' Greene was traded for Artest not Batum.

    Batum was traded for Ray Lewis with a basketball aka Joey Dorsey and undersized 4.

    Batum was traded to Portland for Dorsey and Arthur. Arthur was traded to Memphis for Donte Green.:grin:

    Only because Artest started to publicly b**** about his contract and even called out the Maloofs' mother. Then Adelman started to publicly b**** about Donte Greene, and I suspect, because he wanted the FO to get Artest.

    Are you sure about that? Signing a FA to a $8 - $11 MM contract on a team doesn't necessarily need any more forward right now. I stress the word "necessarily."
