I think I fixed that for you, as otherwise it's confusing as all hell.

Not true. If you have no income you do not have to pay the tax/fine and are exempt. Only people who work and have income have to pay.

In what way does ObamaCare make that problem worse? And what would be your solution? Deny them health care?

People who work and don't buy a particular product will now be fined by the blessed government. People who choose not to work and don't buy a particular product will not be fined.

For probably the 17th time, that was already the case. So I ask again: In what way does ObamaCare make that problem worse? And what would be your solution? Deny them health care?

You might have to get past your regurgitated copy-and-paste talking points and think for yourself to answer these questions.

It has been the case right now that if you work and not buy a product you are taxed/fined (while those who choose not to work are not)? Strange...I just thought we had a court decision to be able to implement it.

You specifically responded to rocketsjudoka with this:

Not true. If you have no income you do not have to pay the tax/fine and are exempt. Only people who work and have income have to pay.

THAT is what I quoted and THAT is what I referred to. It has nothing to do with the people that work. I am asking you about the people who don't work that you were complaining about above. Why is it so very difficult for you to answer the questions? I recognize that your talking points avoid this topic, but you're the one who chose to complain about ObamaCare and these people, so I'd hope you'd have at least put a tiny bit of thought into it yourself.

rocketsjudoka said that people like my friend (who choose not to work) will be subjected to the fine. They will not.

And they weren't before Obamacare. So please explain how Obamacare made that worse.

I give up. He's in talking point limbo. He doesn't have any that answer this question, so he just goes in circles.

First off that was the why part of the law expands Medicaid to get more people covered.

Anyway that is no argument against ACA because currently anyone who doesn't have health insurance, whether they can afford it or not, can get free emergency care. This closes the gap on the amount of uninsured people who can take advantage of the current system.

Becuase now people who work and do not buy a product will be axes/fined (even though Obama said it's not a tax). It is biased against those who choose to work.

So you're upset that less people are allowed to leech off the system now? Fascinating.

Interesting read. It appears likely that Roberts changed his vote at the last second, so late in fact, that the dissent several times refers to the majority opinion as the dissent.

Unless you choose not to work... then you are not taxed.

Does the fact that this is now a tax rather than a penalty change anyone's opinion of this?
