    I was just wondering if anybody on here was interested in starting an NBa 2k12 online association. This way it will be easier to schedule games then it is with online strangers. I would also think having a fantasy draft would be extremely fun, so if anybody is interested lemme know.

    thats what I'd be planning to do, do you guys have any preference for draft date? I'm ask some more guys on here and some buddies if they'd be interested in joining before I make the league.

    I'd prefer any day after 8:00 p.m. And if it's cool with everyone else, don't do faster than normal speed. Playoffs get ridiculous when you only have 1 or 2 days to play a whole series.

    Other things: How long of a season should it be and how long should the quarters be? I can see how 82 could get lengthy but a 14 game season doesn't get you the full feeling of managing your team throughout the season.

    I think with normal speed, the days are supposed to advance every 16hrs, but sometimes it's less. I've done several online assoc. and the normal one's seem to work best (especially if we're gonna have 5+ human users). And the 29 game season seemed to work good. That way you play everyone once. And you can play your games up to like 10-15 days in advance in any order.

    The scheduling in the online association is pretty decent this year.

    Nevermind. Normal advances each in season game every 8 hours (slow is 12 hrs, fast is 6 hrs). The 16 hours is just the preseason time to get the team set up and everything (12 for fast, 24 for slow). Regardless, I think that normal is a pretty good speed, unless people prefer slow/fast.

    Ok guys just set it up. The draft is scheduled for tomorrow at 9 CT but I can change if anyone can't make it.

    I'll join when I get home from work. You can also follow along on nba2k.com. It's kinda neat, but you can't join the league from the website. However, you can draft from a computer IIRC.
