There's 1) before the season starts, and then 2) February. Morey never seems to be in a hurry. I'd say, 35% chance something significant happens tonight (that hasn't happened yet).
Yes! I posted about this several months ago. He is evaluating players in a different way than most (if not all) GM's. Doesn't mean that the value he places on players isn't legitimate, it's just that when it comes time to deal, he is operating in a different currency. He will eventually have to be willing to overpay (in his own self-applied value) to even out the roster and get the team moving forward. The irony is that he should feel confident enough in his ability to find hidden value that he could make up the gap rather quickly. As much as I like his way of thinking, it's almost like he's outsmarting himself.
