    Don't think Parsons is untouchable...

#5 pick could be an all-star...multi-time...would rather have that...

But people shouldn't freak out before any thing happens. Could just be Morris instead.

by that logic the texans should trade arian foster for an asante samuels type. I mean, afterall, Foster wasn't even drafted.

sorry peeps for the football reference.

Does Morey take MKG with the 5th pick, and Tyler Zeller or Perry Jones with the 12th pick

Too bad moes doesn't have time to do one of his famous D. Morey Vs. Other GM cartoon skits. Those are/were top notch hilarity.

You act like GMs don't prepare every possible scenario before the draft... And to think it's only the #5 pick, so the number of scenarios will be quite limited...

That is idiotic because Parsons is not Arian Foster either.

You guys are failing to realize that Morey isn't gonna draft 3 more rookies. He'll trade those draft picks before he uses them. We have too many young players on our team as it is.

I have a feeling one of D-mo or Parsons will be gone tonight. They have the most value outside of Kyle, especially Parsons.

I have a hard time believing the Tyreke rumors, but maybe he'd be included in a Howard deal or go to Atlanta for Smith. Who knows. Or maybe Morey sees him as coachable and he can turn the corner like Westbrook did, so they'd keep him and take a SF at #5.

Exactly. Where someone was drafted has no relevance. Ideally, you want someone who was drafted last place but plays like the first overall pick. Parsons and Lowry both have Morey-value written all over them.

Oh, I don't think he's untouchable. I don't think anyone is untouchable. However, I also think that it has to be one hell of a spectacular deal to include Donuts or Parsons. At some point, I'd like to develop players and keep them, building for the future.

The value of Parsons is a young Shane Battier. So for a top 5 pick thats great value for Morey.

Clarifying again for those just joining, there is no actual report or knowledge of Parsons being on the table or discussed. Carry on...

If we can get Howard, and Howard is willing to sign a long term contact, then you do the deal including Parsons. Right now we give up too much for unknown thing.
