Well since I don't download illegal music anymore, my ethos may allow for that.

But my TV is over there and my computer is over here. I have wifi for the Ipad, what do I need to link to my TV?

Also what's the scoop on Roku?

We got a Blue Ray player from Target for like $60 that had wireless and Netflix, Amazon and a slew of other streaming services embedded on it.

It is awesome, our cable companies movies are limited, and so is Netflix, but having other options is great.

Gonna watch John Carter tonight for $3.

Well if your computer and tv are atleast somewhat modern (2006 onward) they have something called an HDMI port. It is easier for a laptop to tv because of portability factor. So buy an hdmi cord (go to Ross or Marshall i know, trust me got mine for $9 instead of $35+ at radioshack). When you hook the hdmi cord in make sure you adjust volume output from laptop to tv.

    Sorry if TLDR

Roku box -> Netflix, Amazon & other options. But yes, there is some good TV on summer, just not on the major networks. In fact, I prefer summertime programming to prime time.

Dallas (TNT), Suits (USA), Burn Notice (yes I know it's getting old, but it's still awesome) to name a few that haven't already been named.
