George Springer at home: 1.116 OPS Road: .696 OPS Since Lancaster is a joke, I'd tend to rely on road stats being more indicative about how good a player is, and that just isn't getting it done.
I have a bad feeling about tonight Harrell's been good lately but I think he may come back down to earth. Everybody in the bullpen is struggling with ironic exception of Abad.
I just don't see him "coming back to earth" against the Padres. Clayton Richard has compiled most of his ERA numbers vs OAK/SEA and at Petco. I think the Astros can continue their recent hot streak against him.
makes perfect sense. by the way some posters speak of him, I thought he was in AA guess I should pay more attention to the "astros minor league thread"
Harrell has been pitching really well as of late. I dunno if the competition has just been that weak, but he's dropped his ERA substantially and his K/9 recently has been excellent for a sinker-ball pitcher.
I was def wrong about Harrell tonight! He's been pretty impressive lately. Hopefully he can sustain it.
He's pitched well most of the season. Given up 3 or fewer runs in 10 of 15 starts. Outside of getting shelled in one start against Colorado, he hasn't had any terrible games. Edit: Home: 4-1 2.48 ERA Road: 2-5 6.36 ERA (He's had bad luck pitching in 5 of the top 6 parks for scoring this season).
