We break the streak of picking 14th overall, there's that.

Livingston-backup pg insurance if and when lowry gets dealt. Buyout seems favorable if they don't need his services. Solid backup.

Leurer- the hidden prize. Will also be very attractive piece on trade her in next 24 hours.

Brockman- wouldn't be shocked if they are planning on buying him out.

Pick swap- the main prize. The 12 actually much more attractive in this draft. If they end up keeping a pick after the dust settles, they can get a better player here secured and readily available.

A man can be an artist... in anything, food, whatever. It depends on how good he is at it. Morey's art is maximizing assets. He's about to paint his masterpiece.

Yes, two spots is the difference between getting Zeller or Leonard and not.

I see us trading the 14th and lowry for tyreke and the 5th, then i see us trading 12 and 18 plus kevin martin to gs for their 10th and filler players.
we then trade 5 and 10 , ppat scola for howard and hedo.
Then hope to go after d will, and josh smith..
this is all speculation dont kill me for it, but thats what i see morey trying to do.

    lineup
    dwill/hoping dragic
    lee/evans
    parson/hedo
    smith/dmo
    dhoward/?

Brockman is a very good energy player. The Kings loved him.

Haven't read through the thread, so this may have already been brought up but I think this deal was made for SAC. They're targeting a center and probably were worried Leonard and Zeller would both be off the board by #14. The move up could simply be for their assurance. Just a thought...

The biggest part is breaking our 14th pick consecutive streak. We now have 12 instead of 14 guys!!! He is moving up little by little.

I've been one of his biggest critics this year, but let's wait until he's actually finished doing whatever it is that he's doing before we write him off.

Leuer is great pick up. Backup C and PF solved. Good defender, efficient scorer. Rockets fans will love his hustle on the court.
