I'd do that. #12, #14 and #16 should be more enticing for a team in the top 5, then #14, #16 and #18.
Tyler Zeller Austin Rivers Fab Melo Terrence Ross Royce White Moe Harkless Terrence Jones Jeffrey Taylor Marquis Teague Kendall Marshall Jared Sullinger Perry Jones Meyers Leonard You wouldn't 4 of these guys on your team?
I say do it. Dally for #12 Rockets with Picks # 12, 14, 16, 18 and then turn Lowry + #14 + #16 to Portland for their #6 & #11 Then Trade Martin + #12 & #18 to Toronto for #8 + Fillers Then turn #8 + #6 + pat pat + scola to Orl for Howard. i think it would work. and we will still have a lottery pick #11 for ourself. what you guys think.???
Hmm, I was pretty sure Woelfel was legit -- at least when it comes to having info on what the Bucks are thinking -- but fair enough. FWIW though, Bucks fans seem to trust him: http://forums.realgm.com/boards/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=1190172
Shaun Livingston and Jon Leuer both have team options this year Tobias Harris is on the books for $1.5MM next year with a team option the following year. the dollars would jive if your intent is to land the #12 and simply decline everyones option (granted Harris would eat a roster spot for a year)
We think you out of your mind dally for 12 would never happen lol 14th and dally for 12 and filer might happen then it would be lowry + 12 for just #6 and then 18, 16 and martin wouldn't be enough for # 8
It doesn't work that way. Any player with a yet-to-be-exercised team option CANNOT be traded on draft night. Even though I kinda like Livingston and Harris (I actually preferred Harris over Morris on draft night, but what do I know?), I think the Rockets do not want to bring back ANY salary if they trade Dalembert. Cap room, baby. Cap room.
Missed it by a Brockman for Tobias Harris. Good call. I still can't quite figure it as the salaries don't line up (5m or so for the Bucks trio vs. 7m for Dalembert), but it looks real enough.
