    Exactly... Even if Doc was Les Alexander or Darryl Morrey they wouldn't know for sure. Especially not this early and certainly not 2 days earlier. You can have a deal in place but until it's signed and completed it's all speculation.

    Stern is driving the decisions, and is trying bribe the Rockets to get them to stop. Rockets recognize they are not getting Howard, but are pushing for it anyway to get the league to up the ante. Maybe we have a deal for #5, but we want #2??

    After the Gasol non-trade last year, and the Hornets getting the 1st round pick, I've come to believe there is more going on in the background than we realize. Take that however you will.

    Come on, Doc is great fun - he never says he has inside stuff, people assume it and then try to decipher his cryptic messages.

    It is one of the great things about this board, and a nice diversion over who tweeted what 2 seconds ago.
