i get the impression that he's implying a 3 way trade between houston, orlando and lakers

houston gets bynum, lakers get howard and orlando gets a package of picks and players. then d-will will sign with the lakers.

Everyone has a hard time beating them. To be in that position is all you can ask.

they don't have size in the backcourt yet again. they're still suspect at the wings and don't have a whole lot of offensive BB IQ in the frontcourt. also not a great free throw shooting team. they still have only 1 top 10 player compared to 2 like OKC or Miami. they're probably similar in strength to a healthy Bulls or Spurs squad, but will probably perform like a Lakers or Clippers squad.

I've been pitching that 3-way move to no avail on here. Also, the Lakers don't have cap space to sign D-will unless the Nets stupidly S&T him for Gasol.

"Drummond, Moultrie, Lamb, but most of all, I wanted Terrence Ross. Why would I want Ross? It's weird!"

    So the Magic want

    5th pick - Drummond PF/C

    8th pick - Ross SG/SF

    14th pick - Lamb - SG

    16th - Moultrie - PF

Just a question can we sign and trade Dragic? lol that would give them an entire starting 5.:p

I don't get why this is a thread, even if he is an insider Houston doesn't pull all the strings and all their tries at landing Dwight or DWill can easily be smashed at draft night.

Something tells me the ******* teams in the league that won't deal for the Rockets for some reason are:

New Orleans post George Shin (who sold the team to the NBA)
    Washington
    Cleveland
    Denver
    Boston
    OKC

edit: And it's not a given we will be able to draft those guys or land Drummond. All hypothetical dream scenario.

    remind me...

Oh, you mean when we traded for the players selected in the 2009 draft? Right. Because seeing what the players have become is equivalent to the potential of what a draft pick could turn out.

    It's not even close.
