Especially if we keep the 18th pick we could be looking at Royce White, Jefferey Taylor, and possibly Moe Harkless. Hell even could take a try on Perry Jones at the 3 if he is still there at 18 like some drafts have (personally I think he will be long gone by then).

The Celtics are likely to lose Ray Allen, K-Mart would make sense there.

Great flexibility for future moves, I wouldn't mind Kmart with Dwight actually

Yup. Of course Bud was especially expendable, his deal is up in a year.

    Maury hits another solid single.

    44th pick for the 18th.

This deal is not a winner until we see what's next . . . Chase is a SOLID bench guy.

If this helps us parlay into DH12 or another starting big man - THEN we can celebrate !!!!

18th pick was way overated on this board, I suggested Martin, Budinger for D-will, 18th, and Miller's contract and people thought I was crazy... lol In morey, we trust.

Chase will fit into Minny great - there are no tan people up there so he will look just like everyone else....

    Wow!

Best wishes to Chase - he was a perfect Majerle Jr off the bench. Dependable, professional, etc. Won't ever be a star, but he's going to have a nice career with as a guy that can hit from deep and score without plays being called for him.

Happy to see the Front Office hustling. Keep it up, gents.

We are not keeping these three picks, don't be silly. Morey will trade up or trade them away for Howard or some other player. The Rockets have no need whatsoever for three mid-first rounders, and no playing time to give them. It would just be three more d-leaguers.

Oh, and 18th picks rarely make a splash and most are out of the league in a couple of years.....

It is REALLY not that great to trade a productive NBA player for someone that more than likely will not be in the league.

If this does not lead to a better deal, then it probably is not a good move overall.
