GZ got out of vehicle to follow TM As they walked toward the grassy area between the back of 2 apartment buildings, the Dispatcher noticed sounds as if GZ was following TM. (Around the same time TM went on the backside of the 2 apartment buildings.) Dispatcher asked GZ not to follow TM GZ said ok GZ went to the front od bldg 2get a physical address. To get back to his truck he had to go past Bldg 2, the grassy area where he last saw TM and building 1. TM confronted and then assaulted GZ as he passed the grassy area which was before he even got as far as bldg 1. You are going to admit you were wrong about GZ being told to not get out of the car, right?

A kid who had gotten in that much trouble and had no job still had cell phone priviledges too??? There wasn't much good in the way of parenting going on. It's amazing how upset you are that it's proven that Martin was just out buying skittles and Iced Tea. I don't know why it upsets you but it obviously does. The kid was doing that, it's been proven, and that's a harmless activity. The reason I bring it up is because it shows what Martin was up to, and that it wasn't anything nefarious. When we're debating parenting skills this shows that being allowed out of the house, wasn't a bad one, because that's all that Martin was doing. He wasn't doing anything to get into trouble. I bring it up because it's relevant. I'm not sure why you get so bothered by the FACT that Martin was just out to buy some skittles and Iced Tea.

That's what determined why GZ called the Police not what TM was doing before GZ even laid eyes on him. He didn't identify a race until asked to do so by the operator. TM had on a long-sleeved hoodie. This took place at night. GZ was following him, which means FROM BEHIND...no facial features steadily appaprent. Your sarcasm just indicates your agenda. Read the transcript and try to force all your preconceptions through that document!
