Love it for Houston, even with my general aversion to getting another PF. Sully would be great low risk/high reward value at that point and I would be ecstatic to get Leonard at 16.

Me too ... I'd be very happy with Leonard and Sullinger. Not sold on Sullinger, but the 14th pick? Do it.

By the way, if you had told me a few months ago the Rockets would have their choice of Jared Sullinger or Perry Jones with the 14th pick, I would have thought you were crazy.

I'm not sure how I feel about Sully, but I wouldn't be mad if we took him at 14... Leonard at 16 is the steal of the draft IMO

See how tanking is pointless now? Didn't tank and still able to pick the same guys. :p

I don't see why we would pick up another pf. That would make 4 pfs on the team.

Sullinger would make sense, if two of the following were or are on the trading block -- Scola, Patterson, Morris, and even Motiejunas.

Though, I'm not sure why the Pistons and Suns would pass on him, though.

Rockets don't care about roster fit.

I think the Rockets will trade back with one of those picks.

The Pistons need someone opposite of Monroe next to Monroe...Henson would be a way better fit for them than Sullinger. Phoenix might see Sullinger as a good opportunity, having their top notch medical staff and all, but I think it's more likely they take a guard. DX might be onto something with them taking Marshall since their reporter said they've worked him out twice already.

Picks 8 to about 20 really seem like a toss up. I think we'll get a decent return for someone in the 20s to move up to 16, and we'll draft a project that will spend most of the year in the NBDL or overseas.

I'm warming to the idea of Sullinger. I could see him as Scola's replacement after a move at the trade deadline. But then we would need to use Monteijunas more as a mobile C .

Annnd if that's the plan then you might go Terrence Ross over Leonard.

Miller, Wroten, White though I assume you meant Fournier.

Unless I overlooked it he has Tony Wroten not going in the 1st round?

    Wow

If Sullinger, Perry Jones and Leonard are there i hope we keep the 14 and 16.
But i think a trade with sacramento is coming

    Steve Kyler ‏@stevekylerNBA
RT @sam_amick: Source says St. John's forward Moe Harkless will work out in Sacramento (No. 5) on Monday ---> Kings trying to move down.

    14 and 16 for 5 ?

How the Hell does Meyers fall that far?

Please tell me, because I. Want. To. Believe.

Miller and Wroten both intrigue me. I want to stay away from both of them, but their size and athleticism is tantalizing for a late first round pick. I think White is closer to contributing now.

Don't know much about Fournier, but seems like he's the consensus top international player in a weak year...

It's an awful temptation to move 16 for Boston's 21 and 22, if the option's there, considering the talent available later in the 1st round. We'd need to make room on the roster for three picks, but that's something Morey can do, if he wants to. That, or take care of the price of the Terrence Williams experiment. (I'm tempted to say fiasco, but if he'd worked out, Morey would have looked like a genius) This mock has Miller at 21 and Fourier at 25.

Those three are what I proposed trading down and picking up last few days. High upside and they actually performed very decent in college.

Fournier is not a good choice.

This doesn't make sense, one of our point guards is not gonna be here next season, we all know how the team struggled without a quality back up point guard, my guess is that we pick one up in the draft along with a big, some how.
