Fuss is justified. Greeks need to get off their lazy bums and start working instead of hoping for a bailout. And I can never support Greek soccer. Its just plain ugly to watch.
Some people also made billions on predicting the financial crisis in 07/08.... just saying I just hope Italy/England is a great game.
Which is why I used the term "mini". Ronaldo on offense for Portugal and Iniesta and Xavi on offense for Spain vs Pepe and Coentrao on defense.
Just want to comment on your earlier post. If we are speaking about penalties, the problem are the kickers, not the keepers. I like Buffon on penalties, though, just because he's had that world cup experience years ago.
I think people are taking my bold prediction too close to home but I would take england's top 5 kickers over italy's. And if hart gets one more save than buffon, that's huge.
OK, after 6 months in Germany, I'm still getting conflicting stories.... Simple question: what is the Germany fan equivalent to saying "GO GERMANY" how would you say it. Auf Deutschland? Then what about the "SCREW GREECE!" part. You know like GO ROCKETS, SCREW UTAH!
We don't really use those simple two word "SCREW team xy" chants or "BEAT XY", we have songs/creative chants for different opponents. Don't think there's one for Greece as they are simply irrelevant in soccer. As for the "Go Germany" part I'm thinkin about a definite one right now, but we don't really have one that says something like Go Germany. One that comes to my mind is "DEUUUUTSCHLAAAAAND..DEUUUUUTSCHLAAAAND" where we just chant the name multiple times.
