kinda vague, wishing they would have at least mentioned who the Rockets were possibly gonna get in return ..
Jonathan Feigen @Jonathan_Feigen On reports of a Dalembert deal, was told "Not happening." Rox would like to move a pick, but also like Sam's contract.Long way to next Thu.
thanks for kind of editing this .. on my phone and couldnt just cut and paste the article pertaining to Houston
Teams in the top 10 in need of a servicable center: 1)New Orleans (Maybe for their #10???) 2)Charlotte (Obviously) 3)Cleveland (Doubtful) 4)Portland (Possibly) 5)Detroit (Dark Horse) Its pure speculation at this point, but a guy can dream can't he!!!
The quote about his relationship is from Hoopsworld people. Clearly they are on a smear campaign. First it was their empty claims that Courtney Lee was demanding a trade, then its all the rumours they spread about how every single person at the draft combine said the Rockets front office is clueless, and now more empty rumours about how Dalembert apparently had issues with McHale. What a piece of S$#%. F Bill Ingram. Will someone please take them off their crap off the web.
We need to come up with one thread and put in it all the reasons from the the past 15 years that Hoopsworld has major credibility issues ... then just reference it next time someone starts a thread on CF with "Hoopshype says that RealGM reports that Hoopsworld tweeted..."
It would certainly help combat all these newer fans who believe every single rumor that any blogger/website/twitter account posts. The percentage of rumors that actually end up being true is very low, yet we have people time after time using rumors that never came true as reasons to hate the front office.
The hornets may do that for Dally and 16. They get at least a durable big body as a starter or off the bench and can still pick up a nice role player like Jeff Taylor to fit around ADavis and Eric Gordon.
I don't like that Hoopshype catches little flack but Sina used to. Honestly, I don't even know what Sina.com was, but they broke the Juwan Howard heart story.
Steve Kyler @stevekylerNBA Sounding like Houston is REALLY open for business - well beyond Sam Dalembert... could be a fun off-season in Houston Steve Kyler @stevekylerNBA RT @charliezegers: That's been the case for Morey's entire tenure there, hasn't it? ---> Yeah, but in a much bigger way this year
I would love this trade going to NO for their # 10 .. Dalembert would be a nice little big coming off the bench for those guys, and we could "hopefully" do something with 2 lottery picks and adding Lowery or K Mart ...
