Wizards are pretty desperate to get rid of him. Comes with bad attitude problems and an inconsistent game. The only way I would be content with him coming this way, would be if that number 3 draft pick was attached. Wizards fans don't even like him. At a home, when they saw him about to check into a game, fans would scream, "Flip, don't do it." Shoots a lot of fadeaways, earning him nicknames from the fans a long the lines of "Fade-away Dray." Body language can go south in a matter of a few plays. Pass.
as a DC resident who has seen entirely too many Wizards games, I can tell you that this guy has special talent, but he also has a 2-cent head and is a real slacker. We would do well to stay away. He will never reach his potential, and he will never be a good teammate.
I suggested this trade in another thread and I think it's fair. Martin, Morris and #14 pick for Blatche, Vessley and #3 pick. I can live with Blatche being on our team if it meant we had a chance to nab a potential Star with the #3 pick.

Alex Kennedy @AlexKennedyNBA The Houston Rockets are shopping Samuel Dalembert, according to sources. He may be packaged with one of Houston's first-round picks.
Dude is getting amnestied. We have to bid for him off the amnestied free agents wavier wire like Clips did with Billups. Wizards have piled on enough salary Im sure the last thing they need is take on even more salary
funny story about Blatche: I was dating a girl who works for Georgetown Law School, and Blatche was all about getting with her best friend who runs a legal education program for inner-city DC kids. When she met Blatche she knew he was a Wizard, but didn't know anything about him. She asked him if he wouldn't mind speaking to her class, and he agreed. Then she did some research on the guy and disinvited him. He was dis-invited to speak to "at-risk" youth cause he's such a poor role-model. You don't want some guy on your team that you have to keep kids separated from.
