Can anybody on this board honestly tell me they've heard of this rule before? Again, I've heard of the clock resetting to 14, but to 5? That just seems random.
during a rockets game, because we are the rockets so it would be just our luck, I remember a tip ball with around 2 seconds to shoot. they never reset it to 5 just the 2 that remained. weird.
Uh, I don't see any rep from you. Just saying; if you say repped, you should actually rep the person. #needMOARgreenbars
James Harden max contract anyone? LOL. Oh, and that is definitely not faking an injury. Team's up 3 with the ball at 55 second mark, you don't sit out, unless you're hurt.
Brooks basically admitted that he didn't let the team know about the situation with the clock on the jump ball.
STFU. Lebron has never done this. Aren't you talking about Paul Pierce?? Lebron is built like a tank. He's never hurt. I've never seen him with cramps. You don't take a fall like that and come up cramping. THAT WAS AN INJURY. Lebron is never hurt, never even limping. The guy is a trooper on the court, never misses any time with injuries. He must be really hurt. I think it's something serious and if he doesn't play, Miami won't win another game. DD you should be rookified for this type of hating. Lebron never does this.
found it! 2003-04 •The 24-second clock shall remain the same as when play was interrupted or reset to 5 seconds, whichever is greater, any time on jump balls retained by the offensive team as the result of a held ball caused by the defense. http://www.nba.com/analysis/rules_history.html
