Coming into the series, OKC was the better free throw shooting team. What happened? This is an anomoly.
OKC won't win a defensive battle v. Miami. They simply won't. But Miami is going to have a hard time winning this series if they can't make a damn jumper. *******, this is one of the ugliest displays of offensive basketball I've seen in a while. OKC dares Miami to shoot, and they still brick wide open shots. Jesus. 37.8%, and that's taking into account they are like 3-35 from outside the paint tonight. They must shot <10% from outside the paint. Ridiculously terrible. Their defense saved them tonight. And Wade nearly cost his team with a dumb turnover again. This guy... I don't understand why Durant tried to go at LBJ 1-on-1. The one shot he made in the halfcourt on James was on a screen and he got a wide open jumper. The Heat eats up isos players. They gotta get back to getting Durant wide open off of the catch. They did that in the first 3 quarters and Durant was extremely efficient. And WB should have attacked the basket on that wide open lane instead of chucking that 3. This series won't end in Miami. If Miami is to win the Finals, they have to do it in OKC. OKC won't score 85 points very often, and Miami won't continue this ridiculous hot FT shooting. Great battle though. Each game is different in terms of style. We went from a very offensive-oriented series in game 1, to now a defensive battle.
MIA comes out on Tuesday looking for the strangle hold and get it. OKC might sneak and win game 5 on sheer desperation but they lose game 6 almost certainly if it even gets to that point.
Im pretty sure hes never played in a stretch of games where hes had 1 total assist in 2 consecutive playoff games
I honestly believe the players don't care at all what Scott Brooks says in the huddle and I don't blame them at all. His plays out of timeouts go something like this. Pass to Durant out of bounds and let him shoot a mid range shot. I hope Presti will do the smart thing and not give Brooks another contract.
considering how many times he gets the ball while playing 40 mins both games how is just 1 assist combined possible lol thats just terrible
B.S. Perkins was effective in this game. Miami won b/c their experience came through in the 4th and OKC couldn't hit a free throw to save its life. Not to mention the stupid foul on Harden and the miscommunication between Thabo and RW on the inbounds. Let's stop with this ridiculous blaming the refs and the coaches. OKC was down 1 and had plenty of opportunities to close out the game- they screwed up in the end, period.
Most TVs don't need cable. You can set it to antenna and search for the local channels. It should be on 13. Hope this helps.
Yeah, you f**kers didn't say crap when OKC steamrolled through the Western Conference. Bunch of f**kin' tools, all of you. Pop could do the same thing and you wouldn't make a peep. That's the definition of tool.
Another thing, why in the world is Durant guarding Lebron? Durant has had 2 games in a row with foul trouble because he guards Lebron. During that 3rd Quarter they had all the momentum and blew it because Brooks took out Westbrook and Durant. This would have never happened if Durant never had to guard Lebron in the first place.
He's the primary scorer playing with a bunch of offensively inept guys, sans WB and the Beard. But that stat is pretty startling.
