Some more examples if you or anyone else has the time.

IMO if you can pull off insane clever writtens interwoven with off the top punches/schemes/rebuttals and make it sound seamless together on such consistent basis, that's an incredible scary talent on its own, no matter if the contest is straight freestyle or strictly written. Dude is a beast.

So white kids that are into hip hop culture are trying to be black? Is it the way they dress? No different than white kids who dress emo or punk rocker or skater type.

LOL Did you not see what Canibus just tried? He's one of the best lyricist ever and he couldn't memorize his lyrics and perform them at all. He choked....with written material.

Doesn't mean **** what Canibus did in the past, he seems to be trash now or was 100% unprepared. Rappers fall off sometimes, you guys gotta accept it. I stand by my original point.

One major problem with these guys is while they can flow there voices sound terrible -- there's not any uniqueness. They're guys with quick minds, but if they tried to flow to a beat it would sound terrible. And eventually you need to do this over a beat if you want to make real money.

People like you are part of the reason of hip hops decline. Hip hop never is or will be about money save that for the pop artists such as Wayne, Jay z or drake sho play that game.

There are hip hop artists out there that just care to express themselves, whether it be linguistics, beats, art of any form of culture. Just because it ain't making money doesn't mean it isn't good hip hop. It's almost like saying since Bieber is making songs with hip hop beats then he is a more skilled rapper than some it these, which in reality he'd be fish food to a shark in a rap battle.

Also the beautiful part of hip hop is where one can for their own niche, sure these guys don't have much success with their recorded albums but they have still cemented their names in rap with their mastery of the written language.

Yes, people like me who have been supporting the genre for 25+ years. The rest of your post is irrelevant -- you know not what you speak of.

I don't know what I speak of? Someone who has been "supporting" the genre for over 25 years would surely support a statement like that with some evidence at least a few words of sentiment towards your argument.

These rappers know they aren't to be making money, in fact I'm sure with each battle they take it practically means their music isnt as successful as wanted. Regardless of that they still go to battle, and put together words that go over people's heads. I'm sure you are an example, due to you seemingly under-appreciating what these artists are doing in the battle scene.

In fact "Mr.Hip Hop" for 25 years is like to challenge you to a battlE of words since you did say you could "do it yourself." Loser donates $20 to the tip jar. Since preparing written rhymes is so easy, let's see who can have better bars.

    Here is my challenge

    10 bars written
    First to 3 votes win
No rules except violations of clutch fans policy

I really think youre too much of a clown anyways and will surely back out once you realize your words have no warrant and you are in fact a pseudo- hip hop head.

They aren't trying to make money..? Then why was the Diz v. Canibus event $70 to see live and I forget about $30 to watch the live stream?

First of all I was referring to what you called "real money" in a previous post, which means large sums. KOTD is expected to receive plenty of the royalties from the ppv and live stream, and then there the dozens of rappers that are to be paid for the night.

Other than Canibus' 5 figures for the night(not a large sum when one thinks about it). These rappers were rapping for pride, and a month or two's rent.

I want to criticize you so badly for judging these guys based on this video. But damn, they're making it difficult, haha.

You're right. Wearing hats in a silly fashion and clothes that are too large for them, whilst claiming to he hard should be reserved for black people

Clearly you didn't receive your latest copy of "What's do black people in hip hop wear" magazine...clothes are that are too large for them is so 90s. Now the trend is toward wearing clothes that are too small for them.
