I got my IMAX for saturday at 6:15. I can't deal with midnight openings anymore. Though, maybe, just maybe, there will be an advanced screening like with The Dark Knight with tickets given out at the end of the viral campaign. That I would definitely do again. EDIT: Here's the thread about the advanced screening last time: http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=151056&highlight=dark+knight
Since it had been a long time (long time) since I had watched the first one, I rented it this week. I definitely see potential tie ins and am looking forward to see if Ra's really died....though I think Bane is simply taking over the League of Shadows. I'm also starting to go away from the notion that Gordon-Levitt is going to become the new Batman/Nightwing/whatever....and leaning towards the notion that he's taking the reigns from Sgt Gordon in the first film, with Catwoman taking over for Batman. #parallels
I wouldn't be surprised if Nolan has him in there for WB (or whatever studio is running the rights) so the studio has something it can build on when he leaves the project. If Bale doesn't comeback maybe they can build something around Azrael, Nightwing, Robin, or whoever they conjure up for him. Basically, Nolan is throwing them a bone.
Wait, a Batman marathon? Does that mean like 9 hours of straight movies??? How could you spend that much time just sitting in one spot?
Why does the airplane shot in 2:02 look like it was shot in the 90s? <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/ip_CYHdyUBs" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

The only good thing I took from that scene was that Bane was grabbing Batman's neck as if he was his little biatch.
