Wrong. They traded Mo Williams to the Clips for their 1st round pick which became the #1 pick - Irving.

I doubt he expected for Wade to play like he has in these playoffs.

He should have gone to Chicago.

Don't worry. Just ignore him. He's a jerk kind of a guy...somebody you'd happily ignore on the street...so just ignore him now.

Having said that, if you do ignore him you'll miss some amazing posts. Gotta take the bad with the good around here.

Miami is a fun city. That played a part. Chicago is on the decline and has bad weather.

Any possible regret might go away when and if the Heat get Nash this summer.

2 years 2 finals he wouldn't have done that with Cleveland. With Boston done and Rose injured he should have three more shots at the finals. If he had gone to CHI he might well stay with cavs. Without rose they are pretty much the cavs.

They got the pick because lebron left the city. I don't think stern would have given them the pick otherwise.

Better than being a Tmac fan. At least the Rockets have won a playoff series.

So everyone dislikes Lebron because he teamed up with Wade and Bosh to form 'superfriends' to try and win a ring. Everyone disliked what he did because it seemed the Heat were bound for titles. Now the reality has hit, there are teams as good as the Heat in the NBA like the Thunder, Bulls and Spurs. I don't get why people still dislike him or make fun of him. His Cleveland team was TERRIBLE..I don't blame him for wanting to leave at all when your second best option is Mo 'All Star' Williams. He stayed there for 7 years and it's not like he sulked when he played there. He took them to the Finals with a horrid team and he gave everything he had. The main point is they all took less to team up and have a better chance at winning the title. If I were in Lebron's position, I would have left Cleveland and tried to join a better team too. The only thing is, I wouldn't host a show and talk about how many rings I'd win.. I'd just go out there and play.

They wouldn't have traded Mo Williams had they been winning. Irving still wouldn't be there.

Man, those Cleveland teams weren't that terrible or else they would be having first round exits like T-Mac of old, and not 50+ win regular seasons.

Him and Bosh should have gone to NY.

The Cavs were never going to be able to get LeBron the help he needed unless LeBron got injured and they tanked.

once they convince their other booty buddy dwight to join in for mid level money, and when they add hof nash, all of this will be forgotten.

    Howard
    Bosh
    Lebron
    Wade
    Nash

That's a ring in the making! not one but....

Hmm living in Miami close to white sand beaches and some of the best night life, while making it to the finals 2 years in a row, or living in the rust belt in Cleveland getting bounced in the 2nd round ever other year......

I imagine LeBron staying in Cleveland might have been a good move. JJ Hickson was quickly on the rise to being a borderline all-star, Varejao was an arguable 6th man, and Jamison was just a bad decision. IMO, LeBron was one dominant post scorer away from a championship in Cleveland.

True, but I'm not sure they would of had the cap the take on Baron Davis' contract if they had resigned LeBron and especially if they had brough in another free agent as well like the OP suggests.
