    Think the US will go with Cameron over Gooch against Guatemala? Or will Klinsmann think they need some more veteran savvy on the backline going into a hostile environment? Maybe slide Parkhurst in at left back and keep Bocanegra at center back?

    Gomez* - Dempsey - Donovan
    Jones - Bradley - Edu
    Bocanegra - Cameron/Gooch - Goodson - Cherundolo

    * = Altidore better find his form soon, or he is going to be Wally Pipped by Gomez who has looked good scoring 2 goals in these first four games of the "tournament."

    They aren't allowed to broadcast road qualifiers? No one picked up rights to them?

    The federation of the home team (Guatemala for this game) sells the rights to the games and somebody offered more than ESPN/Fox/whoever was willing to pay and made it PPV.

    I hope they lose a ton of money on it and stop trying to screw people over.

    Tough first half. Guatemala is forcing the US to play a faster game than I think they want to. Defense is playing decently. They've given up a couple that Howard did well to save.

    Midfield is doing ok. Bradley looks like he might be trying to do too much. Donovan gets lost too easy and his free kicks have been terrible. The keeper is obviously eager to come out. Keep the ball behind the penalty spot to draw him out or at least get it over the damn wall.

    Dempsey's goal is why he's going to be the highest paid US player ever. It was a clinical finish.

    What's the score for y'all?

    The last Mexico goal on El Salvador seemed shady, but it wasn't a definite offside call. :confused: I'm certain the refs didn't see it as an active pass.

    Mexico wins 2-1.
