He does have resentment toward the franchise.

    http://blogs.citypages.com/blotter/...t-wolves_management_and_who_can_blame_him.php

McHale was a big part of some of those terrible decisions, but perhaps the owner is a bigger target for Garnett's ire since he still dislikes the franchise years after McHale was no longer there. Also, I recall Glen Taylor, the owner of the Wolves, made some candid and not so flattering comments about Garnett after he was traded to Boston.

Anyhow, who knows what exactly goes on between these two and which rumors are true or false, but McHale isn't making front office moves in Houston and won't be signing Mark Blounts any time soon. In any case, Boston at least considered McHale as a candidate if Rivers had retired and they should know how KG thinks very well.

Include Rondo in the deal and you got it.

    Q

Lol.... Just because he is a punk and old?
Still one of the best defensive players,
    High BB IQ
    Enthusiastic, passionate
Scores 14ppg, one of the better jump shooters
Former MVP of the season, and former Champion

We don't have the team assembled to recruit him, if we had, no question.

This is part of the Rockets problem. Always lookin for a quick fix. Leave KG's old ass alone. Rebuild and develop.

Why? This is not a retirement community.

I understand Garnett can still produce at a decent level, but to bring him, or anyone who is past their prime so to speak, would take away too many minutes from the young squad.

Let's hope he retires, tired of him. There's a difference between being a emotional guy who wants to win and a cry baby who does anything to belittle, demean or dishonour a person and or his family members and punk little guys and backing off from the big boys. I cannot believe any person in his right mind have an ounce of respect for this guy.

I am sure somebody is going to bring up what he's been saying to players about their families involving illness and diseases which is consequently defended by some dumbass who claims that is just thrashtalking or trying to get under someone's skin. Please do not bother with people trying to defend a human being who says stuff like that. To me, KG is the most immature player I have ever seen. He cannot control his emotions even if he tried.

Kevin Garnett? The guy who will be 37 years old next season? Give me a break. What good would he do with this squad? I could understand if he was the "missing piece" but this team is not going anywhere next year. Enough with the small bandages. It is time to actually fix this problem. It is time we actually do what we should have done 2 years ago.

I have always enjoyed his passion for the game and leadership. If he were even remotely considering us I would strongly pursue him. He's the type of person who will change a teams culture just by himself.

Hey! It worked out great for the Texans... I gotta admit that when I saw the title of this thread, I couldn't tell if you were serious or if this was another satirical effort from you but it did give me a nice chuckle this morning.

2-3 years ago yes but not now. He is not far from having a career ending injury or just dropping off completely. Draft and/or find young talent.
