depends on who else is on the board. But I just wonder is there any playing time at the 2, especially when Kmart is back.

I'd rather give Rivers all of Kmarts playing time if we got Rivers. Trade Kmart for something!

Martin ain't long for Houston. No, I'm not saying they'll give him away or just dump him but Martin ain't long for Houston.

As for Rivers, I can't say one way or the other. No idea.

Want him but my vote is irrelevant anyways. To me he is one of the few potential stars that could be available that low in the draft. I want only potential stars drafted. Some of those guys to me are.

    Anthony Davis
    Thomas Robinson
    Michael Kidd Gilchrist
    Harrison Barnes
    Damian Lillard
    Jeremy Lamb
    Austin Rivers
    Jared Sullinger

Thats a long list but all likely go before we pick anyways. Even then I have to hope Morey wont pull a draft day trade Battier for Rudy Gay style if someone falls to us.

I wouldn't mind picking Rivers if he falls to one of our picks, assuming we have getting a big man covered. That should be priority number one, IMO. And a 5, not a 4. Motiejunas will likely cover that spot, and if we keep Scola, it'll be covered with a blanket. We need to develop a solid young center. Please, lord, if you exist, shine a light again on the Rocks, OK?

I don't think we'll keep those picks, though. I think we'll either move up, or move them for one or more players, using one or both of them in the process. We may pick too high to take Rivers, although like him. At least I hope we pick too high to get him.

Coming out of this draft with a combo of Rivers, Ross, Leonard, and Zeller would be great considering no trades.

By all means, keep making comments like above without actually watching them play. Rivers is a special talent.

    Is he really though?

I like his mental make-up a lot, but I think Rivers has his limitations, being slightly undersized, playing mostly below the rim and doing few things other than scoring.

I like Rivers. The guy can flat out score. If he can be a Steph Curry-lite, I think he's a solid pick at 14.

No interest in Rivers. If his last name was Doe, half the jock riders wouldn't want him. Didn't play well in a team setting at Duke.

I just don't trust drafting Duke players at all. Grant Hill, and Elton Brand before the injuries were the only players from Duke that turned out to be worth a damn. I would not be shocked if Austin Rivers ends up being the black Danny Ferry.

Suns already made him a promise.

Guess we should have lost that last game. Oops.
