I created him in NBA2K and within 4 years he was averaging 25 points, 11 rebounds, 2 blocks per game on 50% FG, ~40% 3PT, 90% FT.

I think I also traded for Rubio in that franchise. So let's do that too.

Oh, no question. Then again though, D-Mo was productive against higher competition in both the Euroleague and VTB League, so I don't think it's too big a concern, if any concern at all.

 

Donuts is a 7 footer with SF like skills. Not the amazing shooter that Dirk is but is more athletic and has a better post game than Dirk.
Our assets goes like this:

2. Parsons
3. Donuts

The best thing about Donatas is he will automatically be in the top 3 of the top in the rankings of "Players who give a damn...."

I wonder if Dragic and D-mo can run pick and roll together? If so that is something to build on gives us our... we need a bucket play much like JJ and Dirk last year, not to the exact same result but you saw how devastating that was to the Lakers and to Miami in the finals last year. I know you have to couple it with shooter... but Parsons, Lee, Bud, Patterson if he can hit that 18 ft jumper, can all begin to provide the spacing that will allow Dragic to get to the rim or give them a clean jumper. Plus from what I have seen D-mo is not a bad passer himself so another potential wrinkle.

Just a thought... I know we have to keep them both before this is even truly a thought.

I agree, anyone watching the playoffs can see that all the good teams do a lot of flopping.

Lesser competition but still...that move would fool mostly every NBA big man regardless.
