Duran't OKC team won 20 games his first two years. You have to be a little patient.

if you read my other posts you'd see that i was not saying it was only the players but saying it is the players + coaching.

My point is it takes both. The other guy who uses the name of a great center was saying you don't need the super star players which is ridiculous.

OKC! OKC! Fun team to watch.

Durant is amazing. Finals will be more fun with the Spurs not in it.

Reminiscent of Charles Barkley's self-proclaimed "Butt Kicking, Inc." Phoenix team from 1995, which was put out of business by Clutch City.

Ironically, it's the Spurs role players that have played ridiculously well before the series that truly let the team down. Parker is a superstar. Manu is a star/superstar. Duncan is still one of the top big in the game.

But the Spurs vaunted depth came up short.

That is true what you said.... but that does not make it more popular on a Rockets board.

Sure there are Spurs sympathizers here, fair enough, their Front Office and management as I said earlier is top notch but I come on
black and white that is just boring without any color

Honestly, the Spurs should feel no shame. I really have never seen a team built like OKC. It is one very scary team. The trio of Harden-Westbrook-Durant is a triple threat never put on an NBA court in history. I am looking back at championship teams and can't think of any with that sort of firepower, athleticism, speed, and defense in one team. It's downright scary.

This team is so young and yet what they did was so impressive. We haven't seen a team this good in a long long time, and they may go down as the best of this era.

You are forgetting that Ibaka, Sepholosha, Cook can score now too.
Perkins is just a beast within..... he had to guard Duncan.

LOL OKC Thunder just showed exactly why you need a superstar in today's league. No top pick no championship.
