[Driving] Dear dude who cut me off on Westheimer at 610...

Be thankful you didn't get shot for trying to prove a silly point.

 

Two wrongs don't make a right. You shouldn't have tailgated this person even though they cut you off. People are always going to drive like assholes. It's an economic issue really. Scarcity of space, and self-interest pushing us toward a situation which is less than optimal.

 

lol....I had a couple of shaggy looking students in a beat up car pull out in front of me from a side street stop sign onto a 40 mph road going about 25 mph and totally cut me off when I'm going about 45 mph in Fort Worth. At first, I let it go until I noticed dip**** shaggy driver was on his cellphone and still driving 25 mph on a 40 mph road. So, I honked at him. No response albeit the the shaggy passenger (twins?) made some motion I couldn't make out due to tinted windows. Then, I floored it around them while yelling. Stupid punk kids driving around without a clue or care in the world. They were probably high.

Funny thing is a guy who looked exactly like that was pulling that same sh_t years ago on a freeway going like 15 mph under the speed limit and all he cared about was talking on his cell not even paying attention to what was going on around him. It may have been the same exact guy.

Can't stand most DFW drivers. They are a bunch of dipsh_ts most of the time who break all the unwritten rules on the road. The main thing I notice is a lot of them seem to think they need to be in the fast lane the whole way into downtown (we are talking 10 miles) from the loop because the fast lane eventually exits on a southbound freeway connection right before you get to downtown. So, traffic just backs up behind them because they won't get over one lane and get out of the way on a three lane highway. Bunch of clueless idiots.

 

Why does thadeus get everyone's mom/wife/GF's? Dude must never chafe. Must be calloused.

honestly that area has the worst drivers in houston... the 610/galleria is awful.

Dear fat girl who flipped me the bird.

1) I'm sorry i used my blinker for 15 seconds and tried to move into a lane where the gap between the 2 cars was about 20 yards.

2) I'm sorry that you were driving excessively fast, changed lanes abruptly causing you to actually slow down with the normal flow of traffic.

3) I apologize for actually passing you in another lane 2 miles down the road at which point you felt the need to get behind me and ride my ass until we merged onto 45 where you felt the need to then proceed to drive like an A-hole and flip me off as you pass me.

4) I'm also sorry you drive a POS 80's fiat and that you had to exit on greenpoint drive.

5) Oh yeah, and you were fat and gross

I love those people. I had a guy cut me off and nearly took out the front of my car yesterday because he nearly missed his exit. I just honked once with no hand gestures or anything, and dickface decides that was too much for him, slams on his breaks and flips me off.

 

For our Dallas CFers, why does everyone drive so slow on 75? I swear as soon as 45 turns into 75, everyone tucks their dicks between their legs and goes 55 in the fast lane. #1 reason I hate having to go up there for work every month.

I'm not sure if you were aware, but your car comes equipped with turn signals. Use them!

 

I used to be a big believer in this, but everyday I see people speed up to not let people in when they turn on their turn signal, so I can understand why people might not want to use them. Driving proves that the vast majority of the people in this world suck.
