you underestimate ireland. they are a very solid team, have already beaten italy in a friendly last year, and have a very experienced italian coach in Giovanni Trapattoni. He knows the italian national team inside and out and knows how to stop us by containing and putting pressure on pirlo. he is gonna have them playing old school italian catenaccio.

The team that has been unbeaten in the last 13 games?? Not too bad for a team with a Solid Richard Dunne, Shay Given,Robbie Keane,Aiden Mcgeady,Kevin Doyle and Damien Duff. The first game will set the tone.

EXACTLY, this man knows his football, Trap will keep us composed and the biggest thing is to make sure our camp stays focused. look at france in the last worldcup all hell broke loose after evra opened his mouth. Trap will have none of that.

You guys had a pretty sh!tty group except for Russia and are now up vs. Spain, Italy and Croatia. Don't see Ireland advancing, sorry.

This is coming from a Spain 1-0 loss win vs. china at home where they had to score in the 84th minute? Spain dont have Puyol and Torress may be playing, no David Villa. Russia are a class act. You seem to underestimate the eastern european teams. Do you know how hard it to to travel 5-6 hours to eastern europe and play against teams that you have no idea about?, teams like Moldova etc. Watch Ireland and Croatia go through. My though. 2004- Greece did it why cant teams like Ireland,Croatia,Sweden do it.

It should be expected coming from ESPN. They have been pimping or trying to pimp English football for the past 2-3 years.

the match-fixing thing isnt the biggest problem. Injuries and, as a result, a lack of chemistry is our problem. latest news now our starting CB Barzagli is out injured.

I see you have Poland finishing strong. I know they are playing at home, but outside of Lewandowski, their team is garbage. How do you expect them to perform that well?

I think Piszczek might be the best right wing defender in the world right now. They also have Blaszykowski (Kuba) who played a very strong season with Dortmund as well. Wolski is supposed to be one of the greatest talents in Europe. I think they will surprise some people.

Hey guys, I already joined the Euro 2012 fantasy game and thought I'd make a ClutchFans group.

    Go to this link: http://en.euro2012fantasy.uefa.com/

And after registering click Join League --> Join private league
Code to join this league: 98503-66953

Read the rules to see how scoring and transfers work. But if you have other questions you can ask me.

Thought this would be fun as we all watch and discuss the Euro 2012.

Basically it's a salary cap fantasy with rankings. -
