If you don't watch OKC consistently, take a chill pill. I've seen Brooks fail to make obvious in-game adjustments from the very beginning. He has been consistently stubborn to make changes and has cost OKC wins. Perhaps if he had figured out and put Thabo on TP in the first two games, OKC would have had a split.

    But better late than never.

Thunder play amazing at home. So do the Spurs. I predict 7 games with Spurs winning game 7 at home.

so far, OKC has owned the first 3 quarters in 3 games...and won two. So we could say, that the one they last won't happen again.

so go ahead and talk about what OKC is doing won't happen again.

    go ahead.

You're right and it shows in this series. And it's not just his offense - he's getting beat on contested boards and his defense has been "ok." OKC should not hesitate to go inside the paint or let their bigs abuse Duncan's diminished athleticism, just like tonight.

Yep, that's where it's headed. However, OKC has proven to be better on the Spurs' homecourt than Spurs on OKC's. Again, OKC is a chokejob away from a 3-1 series lead.

But this is basically the Finals right here.

OKC needs to show that they can win on the road in SA. That will prove that they have taken the next step in their growth. Otherwise it will be another a well fought series that falls just short. For OKC to win one on the road one of Westbrook and Harden has to play better. They can not expect Ibaka or Perskins to repeat their effort from tonight.

Durant has really improved as an overall basketball player. I still remember when I first watched him in a Sonics uniform. One could see from day 1 that he was a special scorer but back then he was just a jump shooter. Now he has so much more in his game. He is a much better passer and defender now and he can get to the basekt much better. What he needs to learn next is a post up game. With his length and touch once he can score in the post he has a chance to be one of the best ever. And at Durant's current level and age becoming a all-time great is a legit goal for him.

He's got post moves, fadeaway, dirk one legged jumper and he is shooting over 70% from restricted area(top 3 in NBA). His problem is that he can't stay in the low post, because he is not strong enough. He is about 10-20 pounds of muscle away to become maybe even most unstoppable scorer ever.

Exactly. He needs to hold his position in the post better. He does not really need post moves. If he can hold his position better he can simply shoot over people with his length.

KD may not be a consistent low-post player for some time (if ever). He's too thin and guys guarding him will nearly always be thicker and have a lower center of gravity. He will post up from 10-12 feet and his shots closer to the basket will come from drives and cuts.

Right, hindsight is a brilliant thing, ain't it? I've been watching OKC for the past 3 years, and he's also made in-game adjustments and decisions that have led to victories. It works both ways. Scoreboard, scoreboard, scoreboard.

How about Pop losing in the first round last year against the Grizzlies? Marvelous coaching there, eh? Or Phil's last season? SMFH.

The Spurs gotta make KD expend energy on defense.

WB's and Harden's struggles may be attributed partially to them having to defend TP/Manu. Harden also struggled last series b/c he had to guard Kobe quite a bit. And WB didn't struggle one bit the first 2 series b/c he was guarding offensive scrubs.

KD is just chilling and roaming around. Pop has to figure out a way to attack KD defensively, just as much as he wants to contain KD offensively.

Spurs lost last year because of Manu's injury and because those Grizzlies were anything but a typical 8th seed. Lakers last year and this year were stale and tired of each other. No coaches are perfect but some are a lot better than others.

It's easy to lavish praise on Brooks tonight, but he's earned tons of legit criticism.

WOW Thanks I did not know that.. Thank for telling me.. I will try it one day

Right now I have some beer in me ... and a friend has a flat tire outside.../ of course he has no spar.... no joke... digging for tools and the plug kit in the trash can of a garage... also have to plug in the 25 gal air compressor that sounds like a JET-PLANE on take-off. to inflate the tire.

what come first.. the air???... the 409 to spray the tire or the jack so you can spin the tire to spray the soup on it to see the bubbles?..

Drunk people that work in an office all day long have no clue!!!!!

I have no problem with the way Durant is scoring right now. If he gains weight he'll be slower. Anyone ever think Garnett needed more beef on him? Because I never did. These guys have once in NBA history bodies; they deserve to stay just as they are. There might come around another fat guy like Shaquille who just puts his ass transmission in reverse and beeps into the paint, but give me the agile guys any time.
