Rondo's effect on offense is vastly overrated. Offensive Rank 11/12: 27th 10/11: 18th 09/10: 15th He's also an overrated defender (still good but not as elite as he seems). I do however think he's a big game player and responds well to adversity (every time his name pops up in trade rumors he goes nuts), but Rondo isn't a player you gut a roster for.
